Firstly this consultant place a wrong order for me, we sorted that out and she told me she has cancelled it, now money is being deducted from my account for something I was told it was cancelled long time ago, left several messages on different consultants at cell c sales department to put on chamaine email as urgent but she never called me back, even now am still payin 4 a simcard am not even usin or have a number for it coz I ddnt activate it its 3months now and counting. Please listen to ur clients to do the right thing, don't rush to close a sale which will be a loss at the end of the day. Thank u
