Contracts cancelled in advance when expired

We send letter for cancellation of contracts at expiry dates on 05.09.2013. Lines are still working and we keep on receiving account for this. If you phone head office, the buck gets passed. No one gets back to you. Several letters were faxed to 0116501936 & 0116502060 - no feedback from Autopage. The monthly debit order runs from a credit card account and therefore the bank tells us we need to get it cancelled from the supplier side. This seems to be the impossible.
