Threats for non payment when on debit orde

In January 2013, I phone Cell C t upgrade my current R149 for 2G data bundle to R99 for 2G and to change my banking details. I was told that I missed the deadline for debit order changes and that I must make a EFT payment, which I did on 7 January 2013 for the amount of R99. On 9 January, the old amount of R149 was deducted off my new account, which I queried (Ref3011200068). I had connectivity for Feb 2013, but on 5 March 2013 I could not connect and realised I have been disconnected. I decided to leave this issue as good riddance after my previous incident where you illegally deducted R1500 from my account, which you only refunded after complaining on Hello Peter! Now I am being harassed and threatened to be handed over for non payment where I am on DEBIT ORDER and you have disconnected my service. As explained to you there are two courses of action. We can start anew where you deduct on debit order and restore my connectivity as not paying for no service or please just leave me alone. NO SERVICE = NO PAYMENT. YOU did not deduct payment, YOU cut me off, no YOU want to hand me over to ITC. Who is the victim here. There would not have been any problems if you just deducted your due
