So many issues I do not even know where to start

Telecommunications

1. Just replaced a phone, and it took 3 weeks for the phone to be replaced. Instead of not charging for those 3 weeks, I was charged full monthly fee plus some ADDITIONAL BOGUS FEES, and not even data was transferred to the next month...
2. For the past 20 months, there was no month for which I was not charged extra R30-R50 rand for BOGUS charges... international calls which do not exist, text messages WHICH ARE SPAM and never open them, etc...
3. They put my name with my husbands ID in their computer, while the hard copy contract has the correct information, now every time I need to resolve the issue, I have to explain the same thing 3 times...
I'VE HAD IT WITH CELL C! IT WILL TAKE AN ACT OF TO RENEW MY CONTRACT!
