Not honouring guarantee on new iPhone 6 months old

We handed in an Iphone in Sandton on Job No R371254 for the button not working correctly on the 9th December 2013. Altech Autopage is now trying to charge R 3800.00 for the repair, can't find the phone and Mr Gouws and Mr Pillay will not return or answer our calls
