Hi,

I have been encountering problems with Cell C pertaining to Mira, they have subscribed me to a service without my approval. I've been paying a subscription fee to Mira without subscribing to that organization. Firstly I need to bring to your attention that I do not know what Mira represents, I've been paying subscription fees for quite a few months, I've made several attempts to Cell C regarding this issue without any assistance. Mira has been deducting monies from my account and illegally. I would appreciate if you could assist me in this matter in a total refund of all monies that has been deducted from my account.
