Bad signal, no response from technicians

When i applied for contract, coverage map shows Hsdpa, received Hsdpa for 18 mnths. Suddenly only edge, across the road slight Hsdpa, 100m at my house hardly any signal. First report 28/08/2013, 3/09/2013 ref 3082901294, then 3/12, then 11/12 ref Sd190367, then 6/01/2014 ref 4010601216, 8/01, 13/01, reported twice at Greenacres Cape rd. No call backs. Told on 13/01 to set Sony Experia Go to Gsm. My wife has the same phone
and receives Vodacom perfectly, tried my sim in her phone no signal. The Technicians need to get off their backsides, i am paying for a service which is null and void, and if i wanted edge would have taken a cheaper contract, which is nearing its end. We have 5 contracts, no guess where i will be going if the problem is not resolved. I intend to get hold of consumer council, as i will not pay for a service i did not request, stop payment. The phone is for Data purposes mainly. Cell c seriously need to upgrade their network dept. I have a tower 100m from my house, which was put up when the problems started, no cell c shop in Jeffreys Bay. I hope their CEO sees this and realises that his staff are lazy and incompetant. Bye Bye 3rd grade network!!!
