Very bad 3G/HSDPA signal

We just moved to Kensington, Cape Town and we have very bad signal at home. We only get EDGE/GPRS.

This is not what I signed up for, constant high speed mobile internet is crucial to me.

Surely you can upgrade the cell tower?

The previous area we were in was Thornton and we had full HSDPA 100% of the time.
