I have taken out a new contract for R369 p/m with a samsung galaxy S4.i have been told that my first debit is going to go of on the 31st of january 2014 however i was mislead i was not explained the terms and conditions nor what i recieve with my contract and today my phone is suspended till an amount of R751.40 is paid. i am totally dissappointed as all my accounts is up to date and further more i am now inconvinenced till that amount is paid which is 31-01-2014, i have called customer services and nobody can assist me which is extremely frustrating me to a point that i want to cancel all of my lines with telkom including the business lines aswell.i would like my contract and line to be reinstated and the amount can go off on the 31-01-2014 as how can i be accountable for something that is not my mistake..poor customer agreement and services.
