INCOMPETENCE/SYSTEMS INSUFFICIENT

Expired contract migrated on 9/1/2014 at 10:31 to MTN pay as you go in the process to move the contract to Autopage business account (REQ:3110403). 7 SMS was received to indicate successful RICA registration. R180 Pay as you go was loaded and calls made on 13 and 14 January morning. All incoming and outgoing communication was stopped on a business account at approximately 10:00, without notification. During a medical emergency I could not be reached and with consultation with both MTN and Autopage, there is still no solution. Autopage (Rustenburg, Tahir Kola) refers to MTN indicating that there are RICA technical problems, MTN (Pay as you go call centre manager, Face) says that all is in order on their side - no contract was loaded, RICA registration was only done this morning (?). No indication on when any communication will be available or who can solve the problem. I am a consultant and this is my business phone - I loose clients/billing time by the minute and need to resolve this issue immediately.
