Hi Hellopeter
The previous complaint I lodged has still not been resolved!
I have now even employed a lawyer, they are still dragging their feet!
We have asked them to explain their account, still no response!
I have paid my R 329 every month, this was the amount given to me by Miss van wyngaard
when she gave me the Nokia E 5, I had returned the Lumia within 5 days!
They have to-day, once more "soft Locked " my phone!
Once again, after being their customer for 17 years, this is shocking treatment!
