MTN is the worst cellular supplier in the world

MTN,
Considder yourselves to be in breach of Contract!!!
I opened a cellular account for my son with explicit instruction that this account should be a top up package.
I further instructed you to link this to my main account (083 397 6787)
1) Firstly you totally the pooch on this one and my son received his phone after his birthday!!! And only after direct intervention from your Mr Larry Padayachee himself.
2) Secondly you loaded the account as an open Contract!!! Not a top up package as stipulated.
This was of course pointed out to MTN and now months later this is still not fixed!!!
3) Thirdly this account was not linked to my main account as stipulated!!! This has been brought to MTN's attention and is still not resolved many months later!!!
4) Today I got an email from some collections agency stating that I have been handed over for collection!!! Are you guys completely brain dead??? Obviously!!! Check my fuing main account!!! It is in FUing credit!!!

YOU BETTER FIX THIS or I will sue you for breach of Contract as well as defamation of caracter. I actually have the money to do this. Contact me on email as I am out of the counrty
