My girlfriends Blackberry lost its EDGE signal last week Wednesday (0812014) in the Fairland area. we have called the MTN helpline at least 30 (thirty) times since then. They keep telling us there is no problem on the network and its the phone at fault. we went to Emmarentia dam on Saturday and the phone worked 100%. As soon as we were home again the signal was gone. Why do they keep telling their customers there's no problem when there obviously is, and are we going to get a refund or extension on the R60 we are paying for the privilege of having no signal?
