Great follow up after my complain

After my complain I now feel its time for a compliment. I first want to thank Jacqui Mzobe retaining me as a client after I was very determined to leave MTN for good and never ever do business with them again. Thanks for the credit she gave me. I do feel it is a good reward for being a loyal client for a while already. She listened to my complaint when I wasn't in much a mood to still do business with MTN but offered me a deal that makes sense and convinced me to stay. Secondly I want to compliment Silas from MTN direct sales who helped me to renew my two contracts and made a follow up call to check if I am satisfied. I advised him that am happy and are also much happier with the two blackberry Q5 I got compared to my old Samsung phone. Now please pay attention to this advise over the next two years MTN. There is still much better offers and deals in the market from Cell C and Telkom mobile today in the market. The main reason why I decided to also stay was due to Telkoms limited network coverage for now but should their coverage improve and their deals remain good I might not remain on after 2016. MTN are still expensive but for now I will bear it but might not do so after 2016.
