I had a previous complaint which until now has not been satisfactorily involved, i received a call from Derrick Makhubele who's customer skills has alot to be desired, he did not even want to transfer me a manager until i argued with him for a few minutes that i was taking the compaint to the ombudsmen, my contract ended in april but debits continued until december last year totalling an amount of almost R3000.00 and this is unjustified enrichment because i did not benefit from any device you guys offered because i already paid for my device which ended april yet derrick said after a contract ends it goes on a month to month basis how is this in line with the consumer protection act cause it was not explained and when i asked for the recording you guys could not find it so what leg do u have to stand on, i was suppose to take this to the ombudsmen but im giving you another chance to resolve i only used a few free minutes on the contract after it expired so deduct that proportionately an refund, i would have taken your orignal offer for a refund but since derrick is incompetant i want all my debits, furthermore i do no want to be contacted by derrick at all
