On the 20th December I logged a fault with my 8ta data contract. It is now almost three weeks later and I still haven't had anyone come to my house to check the connection problem. I have followed up three times with 8ta and every time my case was closed and I had to reopen it. I'm not one to complain but this is the worst service I have ever had.
