Worst service provider in the world!

I cannot begin to describe the pain and suffering this network has put me through. Out the countless number of problems i would like to mention this one. I was mugged on the 24th of December and my phone was. I had no idea how to claim from insurance so i called that day from an alternative number. I was on hold for 3 hours, i put my phone of loudspeaker and did housework. I went into MTN Brits and asked for help. They told me to block number and IME1 which i did. 2 weeks later after countless phonecalls to mtn, to the insurance department! NO ONE! has gotten back to me... I went back into MTN Brits who told me .. There is nothing they can do, I need to go into an MTN owned store..I missioned all the way to OR TAMBO MTN and they said they would help!... nothing!!! NO reply! MTN insurance is a waste of money! I have never in my life been more frustrated by a service provider. So here i am stuck without a phone or number. Im using an old vodacom sim in an old borrowed phone!!!
