Pls pls pls come and collect your phone

Hi Guys

Pls assist, on the 18th I cancelled my Nokia Lumia upgrade.. The phone is just horrific (no notification light and just the most unintuitive phone I have ever used) so a million thanks for agreeing to take it back.. The problem is that since the 18th of December I have been calling and calling to get someone to collect with no luck... Please my blackberry is dying and I want to upgrade to the iPhone 5s but can't do anything until you collect and cancel my upgrade..
