I have had a Vodacom account for over 12years. I am disappointed at the fact that I had to cancel my accounts with Vodacom due to the utter lack of service and respect for me as their long standing customer.

I initially cancelled my contract on 28 August 2013 and made the payment as per their instructions and forwarded the proof of payment. Only to have them debit my account two months later. They never actioned my request. Eventually with the assistance of Adnaan Van Heerden we came to an agreement that I would pay a certain amount and both my contracts will be cancelled and the number converted to prepaid. They advised that my data bundles and free airtime would be valid up until end January 2014 .on calling then when my phone didn't want to connect to the Internet they advised that I had forfeited everything on cancellation. Now they have the odesity to tell me AGAIN that I am owing them. When is it going to end? You swindled me out of two settlement amounts, instalments and services. You were rude, you were unhelpful and unprofessional. I have done all I can do to ger you people out of my life but you just making my life and experience with you truly unbearable
