Vodacom
Charged for account i dont have

I was phoned by the DMC, apparently Vodacom's debt collectors, who claims i have an outstanding account with vodacom, according to my knowledge i have never had an Vodacom account. i explained it to these people, and even sent them an affidavit stating the above. nothing has been done and they keep on harassing me to pay this account that i have no knowledge of. they also gave me a bad credit rating. I have asked them numerous times to supply me with the contract details, but nothing is being done about it, they only want the money. How can i be accountable, for something that is not mine!!
