VALOOCOM peoples money

Valoocom is unlawfully deducting money from my cellphone contract. I was in Zimbabwe from Begining October untill the 23 Dec 2013 and could not use my phone for 3 months because Zimbabwe have their own Cellphone network SA networks cant roam there. After I returned from Zim I got this huge bill and after calling vodacom I find out it was Miranetwork billing me for something I did not subscribe for.
I am going to take this matter to Carte Blanche and Robinson Regstreeks on National TV seeing that I am not the only person experiencing this problem.
I expect immediate response and my money back within 24 hours otherwise I will leave this in the hands of the law.
