Paying for new packages, but still getting old ben

Recently I upgraded two of my contracts. I've been paying the new rates for these contracts and I'm still getting the benefits of the old packages.
The one number is: 0832708050
New package is R230.00 which includes basic telephone and 1 GB. Until today I did not receive the data.
The second number is:0833879535. On this package I'm supposed to receive R269.00 top up with 300 MB. This package is still not correct.
I did send e-mail and received response but nothing has been done as to date.
Please can you assist?
