Shocking service for a simple request

I received my new iphone from Vodacom today and there was no sim card delivered with it. I then called the call centre to ask why this was the case and they could not even find my profile or account on the system, never mind my upgrade details. It took another 30 mins for them to work out who I was and that I had in fact had an upgrade. Such incompetence is very frustrating!
