Billing us unfairly - Just deducting what they wan

Telkom has billed us incorrectly with huge amounts on our business account. Problem is we can't get through to them on the phone as we are being cut off. Now after they have billed us incorrectly they cut our lines but are NOT prepared to assist further.
The service is ridiculous as there is no service, no one is competent enough to even answer a phone.
Whish another company could take over our telecommunication systems and get Telkom out of here.
