Good day,
I have been struggling to get hold of you guys since yesterday.
I cannot phone any of the short numbers and no one seems to answer the other numbers.
I have even tried phoning the complaints department as per the number on your website but I get a message saying that the number does not exist.
I need to request you guys to move my ADSL line to my new property but cannot even get hold of you.
Please urgently phone me back.
