I recently found out that my prepaid acc has been converted into a contract acc without my consent and it does not even appear under my name at all.
after a rather unwilling to listen, consultant by the name of Gail, the floor manager assisted me, i had to travel with luggage to a police station and vodacom shop to send an affidavit.i was given a turn around time of 3 working days, which is highly inconviencing and unacceptable when i am not at fault. I then just received an sms saying that i will be contacted within a day but what am i meant to do today without any access to my phone can just receive calls.. this is enough for me to want to change networks and iv been a loyal vodacom customer for over 7years but wow, this i never expected..highly disappointed
