We opened an account with Mweb on 10 December 2013 after moving into a new home. We had successfuly processed a change of ownership through Telkom for both a landline and adsl line. The product worked for 3 days and has not worked since. We have logged complaints with both Telkom and Mweb who both blame each other -stating that we "do not have an adsl line". We also cannot apply for one. We were charged a full months service for December 2013 by Mweb. We tried to "escalate" the issue through the call centre to no avail. No one has contacted us. We have been into the Cresta branch several times during which the staff refused to contact the manager. We have tried to cancel the product via email, via the call centre and in the Cresta branch to no avail.

All we want is for the product to be cancelled and a refund for the debited charge of 31 days of service when we only received 3.

For noting - the Cresta branch staff cannot access their emails AND the telephone just rings.
