Cell C
Poor service & lying

My partner and I went to Cell C at Pavilion in Durban to renew her contract. The store did not have stock of the colour phone we requested (black BB 9720). The sales assistant Creedin then called Cell C Buff and spoke to Brandon who said that they have stock. We then drove from Westvile to Bluff to find that either Creedin or Brandon, or both, have and sent us on a wild goose chase. If this is how the Junior staff carry on, how then is the company run? This totally destroys the confidence we have in the Network. Cell C needs replace and/ or train compitant people to represent them
