I'm not sure if you are for real or not. Since 2Jan 2014 I have now attempted to make at least 6 phone calls to 083 123 6084 and have wasted 6 hours of my life waiting for no help. Atleast herbert was nice enough to pretend that he could not hear me on the call at 10:53 after holding on for an hour. So I still don't know how ro claim. Maybe someone needs to go.and check.that your call centre agents are still alive. I'm afraid that they all died. And then just maybe get someone to phone me. Not pretend to. Voicemail is there for messages. W
