Most insuffincient pathetic services ever!!

Where can I start complaining???
This service is so very much pathetic. Phoening them is just a waist of time. NOBODY working there is capable or qualified to assist or help with any kind of help. I have been phoneing them for 5 months and all you get is one person transfering you to the nrxt and the next and the next operator. Nobody can help me because nobody knows how to help me a d they just keeps on transfering my call to this stupid masjien that keeps on telling you to wait for the next operator and then you hold on and listen to the same old boring voice fot hours and still nobody is anwering the phone. All the operators are currently bussy and will attend to you call as soon as possible. Believe me, it never happens!! Nobody answers your call. Gues what!! The dint have a canselation department!! Mr. Gift just informed me that they dont have a cancellation dept. Ist this funny??? They can sent you bills and threats and hand you over but they never sent you any numbers to contact them at all!! They have been billing me fot some service I just dont have and this is getting out of hand. Now I have been handed over to the Attorneys and I have no more options!! BAD SERVICES
