I have a 10GB contract with 8ta which has been working fine until I moved to Midrand on 1 Jan 2014, I suddenly was reduced to a edge connection with 1 bar, even when standing on the balcony. I contacted 8ta to inform them of this as I had previously checked on their website and ensured that the area I am moving to is covered, which on their map it shows as covered. The person helping me insists its my device despite the fact that my visitors on 8ta suffer from the same problem. This connection is so slow my whatsapp messages are even delayed and Facebook doesn't even load images, I can't even connect to my VPN to work.
