Please allow my to cancel my contract

I have been trying for 3 months to cancel my contract but you guys are either close or i either have the wrong number or that department is not avalable at the moment ect i keep calling 0837057171 and mailing [Email Removed] but the numebr doesnt work and no one response to the emails sent i want to cancel please allow me to get away from your bad service mycontract ends 18/01/13 but ive been complaing since october my contract number is A2812927 .
Sort this out or leagal action will be taken.
