Very poor response

New year and still no action regarding the same complaint. its now nearly 1 Month since my original complaint and even after all promises of (we attending to this) still nothing is happening... pathetic!!! to say the least.
1month since the official complaint but its been an ongoing problem for several months.
The way i see it MTN is now in Breach of contract.
I got contracts with all 3 major Networks and i only got minor glitches with the other 2... its actually nothing in comparison.
I'm disgusted with this service.
