Billing issue on a cancelled contract!

Words cannot express how off I am at the service I have received from Altech Autopage. Last year in July I called in to inquire what I need to do in order to cancel my cellphone contract because it was scheduled to end in October, I was told to call in a month before it expires, which I did in September and I was told that it was cancelled. Funny I received a bill in October & have been getting charged since then till now. I called on the 9th of December & I told them that I'm still getting billed and can they rectify it, they told me my line will be cut off if they cancel the contract & I told them to go ahead, & the line was cut off. I was also told that I will be reimbursed for the incorrect debits, which never happened by the way. I thought that the contract was cancelled but alas yesterday an amount of R201 was deducted from my account. Can someone at that call center please explain to me why the am I still paying for a service that has ended?? Would you like it if some company was deducting money from you for something you are not using? Do your call center agents know what they are doing there? It's no longer about the money, it's about the principal.
