Unbelievably bad attitude by staff membe

Unfortunately I upgraded a cell phone contract on Saturday 28 December and received a Blackberry 9720. As I am not very computer literate I downloaded Viber on the phone but was having problems. On Monday 30 December I went to Cell C Cresta for some assistance. Tumi tried to help with the problem but he wasn't sufficiently clued up to help with the problem so he handed my wife over to Faiga. Her attitude to my wife was "We do not help with Apps in the store". My wife was horrified at her remark and told Faiga that this is the 5th contract that we have had with Cell C and since the shop was empty at the time surely she could have gone the extra mile to try and assist. She sent me to Blackberry Buddy store supposedly in the centre, but this did not exist. I cannot believe that Cell C are prepared to sell a contract to a client but are not prepared to help the client, where possible, with any after sales service. If I had a sales assistant in my shop with the attitude that Faiga had, she would have been dismissed on the spot. If Cell C are not willing to assist me I want this contract cancelled and I will go elsewhere. If necessary I will go to the Consumer Council
