Not getting my refund out of Telkom

I have been trying to get my refund out of Telkom for weeks.

I have a credit of R1763.71 in my Telkom account and I want it transferred back into my bank account. Telkom is in blatant terms my money. I get transferred between consultants all the time to no avail and it is costing me lots of money in phonecalls.

Please assist me. I want my money back
