I have a 3 month old Samsung S4 and have returned it three times with the same fault.
everytime I return the phone all they do is a software update and I am left with huge data costs re-installing all my apps.
on the third time returning to the store i was told that i am speaking to the wrong person and all they can do refer me to a supervisor or manager but unfortunately they do not deal with clients!!!
YOUR SERVICE IS RUBBISH!!!
