Insurance claim was declined due to sim transfer to other phone. This is the 5th claim in how many years, prevoiusly approved with same Circumstances. Claims department assures me that the policy has not changed. They also informed me that only emlpoyees of a company (the client/insured) can be appointed as representatives to act on their behalf when making a claim. Everyone else, even with a valid appointment letter will be handled as. It seems as claism department advisors make up rules as they see fit. I was then refused to speak to a supervisor to confirm this.

I feel I have been a cellsure/vodacom insurance amasador for all these years promoting the excelent service and product that cater for all my needs when it comes to cellphone insurance. I am dissapointed and feel exploited as a consumer.
