Wrote a report on 12.12.2013 and got an escalation number ARS 237600. As of yet no-one has gotten back to me regarding the original fault that was logged on 24.10.2013, nor did anyone get back to when the problem was suppossedly escalated. I've never dealt with such a mickey mouse company in my whole entire life. You guys.
