No proper signal or 3G access

I must say it is turning out to be a terrible holiday as I'm not able to make calls and when I do the signal is so bad I cannot hear the person or they cannot hear me. The 3G signal is on 1 bar at best and cannot even make a proper internet connection. When we walk Closer to the water there is no service.
MTN please add better towers and boost the signal by the Vaal Dam! It's terrible trying to make a call with no service, and it's not the phone, many different makes of phone from BlackBerry, Galaxy, iPhone and Nokia all have I ether no service or just 1 bar of signal. Problem area. Vaal marina and Deneysville
