Poor Communication

We were informed that our (my sister and i) upgrades are due and we can come in and collect our phones. Friday 20 Dec we went in and filled in the forms but were told they out of stock and will have to come in on Monday 23 Dec. We went in today Tuesday 24 Dec only to be told they still don't have stock and will probably get some on Friday 27 Dec. This is the festive season when people are looking to purchase gifts such as phones so it doesn't make sense as to why they don't have stock. They said their suppliers have closed for Christmas but with that knowledge they should've stocked up ahead of time. Not impressed
