Worst service ever!!!

I have one huge complaint about this store and would like to speak to someone!!! This is a business account.
I have 4 lines with Nashua and wanted to upgrade one which was ready for an upgrade but could not get the phone I was looking for. Got told bring me a booklet and we will match the deal. Got a booklet from Vodacom and requested a new line for a new Vodacom contract but my MTN contract cannot be upgraded. Now my paper work got lost and they want me to re-submit. Same thing happened a while ago with my other line which I cancelled.

I want to cancel my complete account or move it to someone else who can provide me with PROPER service

I have a sales executive Nucha Titmuss who is un reachable?
