Bad Service!!!

I received my Sony Xperia V on 18th Dec 2013 after a long wait for the application to be approved. On the evening of the 19th my old sim card was disconnected due to porting so I switched my new phone on and found that I couldn't download internet settings, sms or make / receive calls! So I was stuck with 2 phones and neither connected! I phoned Nashua on 20th Dec and spoke to Chumile (Call Ref. 2001526711) who told me, after a 20 min phone call, that my sim was not registered on the network and I must take my sim card out and wait for an hour and re-try. I did this and still the same problem. I phoned again (another 20 min phone call) and spoke to Thapo (Call Ref. 2001533723) who told me my sim has not been Rica'ed and I must wait 24 hours for it to come right!! No explanation was given as to why I was cut off from my old sim and left completely disconnected on the new one.. It's now the 22nd and still no connection! I'm at home alone during the day with only my cellphone as a means to call out if i need to and don't even have that now! I WANT THIS FIXED IMMEDIATELY! I've never experience such bad service on opening a new cellphone contract!!! This is one of many complaints!!
