I entered into an agreement with Nashua Mobile on 3 October 2013. The service I received from the staff and owners of the George franchise was exemplary, beyond what was expected of them.

The cellphone arrived the next day.

Now the fun started. Firstly, the simcard from Cell C was not a micro card. The owners of the George branch of Nashua tried their best to sort out the problem. Card had to be cut... Card works? Nope!

The owners felt as if they were to blame. NOT AT ALL! Cell C or Nashua Mobile themselves. I attempted to Rica the simcard via Nashua Mobile. "2 - 24 hours" to wait. It is now 6 October 2013, and I'm still stuck with a "brick", albeit not so big as to cause real damage when thrown.

FFS are Cell C or Nashua Mobile in the land of the living?
