Nashua and their Incompetency Again ahhhhhh!!!

Two months before I sent an email to Nashua terminating my 3rd contract (0836757233) within 1 and half year due to their poor service. I informed them that I want to port/Move with my number to MTN as a pre paid customer.

On the 25 of October after a month my contract had expired, they debited my account. I made a courtesy call this morning around 08h30 asking about my account that has been debited even though I have cancelled.

I was told different reasons by different people. I ended up landing to Bulelani who promised to credit my account provided that I move my number to MTN before the end of the day.

I have been to Nashua since 10am and chatting with Kelebogile Ramabenyane who I terminated my account with. She advised (and everyone else) that I can now port/Move my number to MTN. I've been back and forth to the two shop. I have spent my whole day on these shops today and haven't had any work done.

Can Nashua just do one thing right for once. I've had another issue with them wich lasterd almost two month and ended up with Icasa. I won the case because they couldn't give what I signed for. Now it's a mission to move with my number.

I'm sick and tired of this!!!
