Complete incompetence - can't link a MultiSIM

On Tuesday I went to Centurion Mall to get a MultiSIM which cost R9 per month but for some unknown reason she could not active the sim in store.

On Wednesday I contacted 081 180 AND Telkom Mobile's representive on Mybroadband which activated the SIM BUT did not linked it to my primary.

On Thursday I was on the phone again to 081 180 with just this one call from my landline costing more than R40. (When I use the cellphone one which is supposed to be free they keep on dropping my call)

Today, when I check my "Manage Subscriptions" I can view the primary and MultiSIM and they are not linked?! How is it possible that after so many phone calls and communications etc. that it is still not linked?!

I don't understand how an organisation like Telkom Mobile can be so incompetent and I have to pay and suffer for their incompetence?

Will I be refunded my money on calls, NO!
Will I get the time wasted back, NO!

Will they ever be capable of fixing the MultiSIM? With the help of Hellopeter they might now assign someone capable enough to fix the problem.
