Cell C
NO PHONE AFTER 34 DAYS!!!

I gave my phone into Brooklyn Mall Cell C for repairs on the 16 of November and now after 34 days I still have not received it back. I have been phoning them and e-mailing Cell C for information on when it will be ready and promise me they will get back to me but no one does. I was not offered a replacement either and have had to use an old phone in the meantime. Cell C does not care about their customers and I feel that no one is trying to help me. I am now considering getting legal advice or informing the consumer protection services of this incident as I am really not sure when I will get my phone back.
