No Response to inquiry about goods not delivered

On 5/12/2013 I received two Galaxy SIII Mini cell phones. I did the upgrade on Monday 2/12/2013 via the Call Direct line of 084 145. The upgrade deal includes two Engergizer Power Packs as advertised on TV as well. However when the headsets were delivered to me the Power Packs were not included. I sent numerous e-mails to Cell C Customer Care but without any response. I visited the Customer Care Center at Tygervallei Center and the gentleman there told me that I definitely qualify for those power packs and that I must contact Customer Care on 084 145 which I did. None of the 7 different operators which I spoke to were able to help or assist me in any way. They kept on putting me through to a different operator. I am still waiting on my goods after I had sent another email informing them that I am going to report them to HelloPeter.
