I UPGARDED ON OF MY NUMBERS TO A 169 TOP UPIN OCTOBER 10/10/2013.OCTOBER I WAS BILLED ON THE 149 TOP UP I CALEED IN AND GOT TOLD NOO IT FINE WE WILL BILL YOU NEXT MONTH FOR THE NEW PACKADGE THE END OF NOVEMBER I GOT BILLED FOR THE OLD PACKADGE NEW PACKADGE AND SOME FEES, I CALLED IN AND GOT TOLD WE APOLOGIZE WE WILL CREDIT THE WRONG AMOUNT ON YOUR NEXT INVOICE, WOW TO MY SUPRISE INSTEAD OF A CREDIT I AM NIW BEING BILLED 301 PLUS 148 FOR A TOP UP 169 CONTRACT, I HAVE BEEN ON LINE SINCE NINE TRYING TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR OR MANGER IN ACCOUNTS BUT EACH TIME I GET CUT OFF COZ THE STUPID OF CONSULTANTS DO NOT WANNA PUT ME THROUGH. THE FIRST CONSULTANT I SPOKE TO SAID TO ME HOLD ON WHILE I CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT N GUESS WHAT I HELD ON TILL THE CAL CUT IT SELF OF.
VIRGIN MOBILE IS MADE UP OF AND INCOMPETENT STAFF WHO WILL DO ANYTHING TO ROBB OF LOYAL COSTOMERS . I WILL GLADLY RETURN THEIR PHONE COZ I HAVE HAD ONE PROBLEM AFTER THE OTHER SINCE THE UPGRADE, I HAVE NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE SEEN SUCH REDICULOUS AND PATHETIC SERVICE.
