Really bad service on an "OBF" replacemnet

On the first of November I took out an upgrade from Vodacom East Rand Galleria and decided to take a Sony Xperia Z1 after hearing the review on 702!
4 days later the phone screen went blank "on instruction from the repair center at East Rand Mall" they told me it was an OBF and the phone needed to be replaced. NOT MY DECISION . After 10 dasy I phoned them to find out what was going on after being promised that it would only take max 7 day. only to be told that the phone was being sent back because the "box was damaged and it was blocked". After a lot of phoning and trying to get assistance fro Head Office THEY (Vodacom) told me there was nothing wrong with the phone. In the mean time they refused to cancel the contract and did not supply a stand by replacement. The phone was returned and on about the 10th December and on the 11th December it blank screened again. The shop has stated that they are attempting to get a replacement or honor the original OBF. In the mean time I am paying for a contract that they (Vodacom) as as far as I am concerned are in breach of.
I find their call centers, to be ineffective, their feed back non existent, there is distinctly a "its not my problem..
